Unite Europe

First introduced as a virtual event in 2021, this is the newest of the ‘Unite’ series events, but is already a firm diary fixture for the peak contracting period.

Unite Europe is the ‘one-stop-shop’ event for tour operators, tourist boards, hoteliers, representation companies, airlines, ground handlers and car hire companies operating to and based in Europe.

Held in central London, this popular event provides the perfect platform for the key decision-makers to hold pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings at the start of the busy contracting period.

The 2025 event will take place on Monday 24th February at Leonardo Royal Hotel London City.

Previous Event Highlights

2024 Exhibitors

There were 72 delegates from 46 exhibiting companies representing over 100 hotels, tourist boards, associations, ground handlers and car hire companies from 19 countries.

2024 Buyers

There were 64 delegates from 56 tour operating companies and selected agents from the UK.

2024 Venue

The 2024 event was held at Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge.

 

Costs

There is no cost for the ‘Buyers’ (tour operators) and an affordable cost to the ‘Exhibitors’ (suppliers).

Meetings

Meetings are made using an on-line platform in advance of the event directly between the ‘Buyer’ and ‘Exhibitor’ and vice versa.
Over 700 pre-scheduled meetings took place on the day.
